Comes on French bread toasted with garlic butter, dressed with Hellman’s mayo, shredded lettuce, sliced tomato, and topped with a spicy Cajun remoulade. Choice of gator, oyster, shrimp, or chicken. Sides extra.
BUILD YOUR OWN BASKET
Topped with spicy Cajun remoulade. Choice of gator, oyster, shrimp or chicken. Comes with three (3) hushpuppies and fries.
BAYOU NACHOS
Freshly fried tortilla chips topped with spicy white cheese, diced andouille sausage, Mama’s Dirty Rice with shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes. Add grilled shrimp or fried alligator for additional charge.
BLT
Bacon, lettuce, tomato on french bread dressed with Mayo and topped with the spicy Cajun remoulade. Sides extra.
CAJUN BURGER
Hamburger dressed with lettuce, tomato, pickles, and pepper jack cheese. Mayo on bottom, and Spicy Remoulade on top, served between french bread. Sides extra.
DIRTY FRIES
Layer of fries topped with a scoop of Mama’s dirty rice and white nacho cheese.
BETTY’S FAMOUS BALLS
Four (4) Betty’s balls with fried macadouille (macaroni and cheese with andouille sausage), served on a bed of thinly sliced onion rings.
