Oyster Roast at Slow Play Brewing

SHUCK YEAH, we’re gonna have an oyster roast at the brewery! Join us on Saturday, February 8th from 1-4 pm for our first oyster roast on the patio! Saltwater Markets will be here slingin’ hot, steamy oysters and we’ll keep the beer flowing.

THIS IS A TICKETED EVENT. Everyone must have a ticket to participate in the roast and will receive a wristband upon entry. Every ticket includes ALL YOU CAN EAT oysters and one large pour of Slow Play beer. Additional pints are $5 for the rest of the day with a wristband. 21 and up to participate in the roast. Batches of oysters will be served up every 30 minutes starting at 1 pm, with the last batch served at 4 pm. Gloves, shucking knives, cocktail/hot sauce, and crackers provided.

Yorkgrillmaster will be on site cooking up hot, fresh pork rinds and boiled peanuts.

Live bluegrass music with Crystal Fountains from 1-4 pm.

Zero shucks given? No worries! The taproom will operate as a normal Saturday with a section roped off for the roast. All customers welcome.
